At Hishiro, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if your piece isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Hishiro packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
